The clean, minimalist form combined with the natural textured surface make this mug a thing of beauty. The uniform diameter of Hasami mugs makes them stackable for easy storage. Made from a proprietary blend of clay and crushed stone from the historical village of Hasami in Nagasaki, Japan,  is crafted using methods that are over 400 years old. Unlike mass-produced porcelain, each piece derives unique character from the manual work to mold, glaze, and fire it.
